I am genuinely passionate about wellbeing resilience. Why?
During my experience of long-term illness, I began to explore how wellbeing resiliency actually works.
Healing a severely damaged nervous and immune system whilst managing chronic pain, inflammation and mental health, I discovered tools that build and sustain resiliency.
Observing the dramatic shift in my own mental health and wellness, I became a certified coach and facilitator of these life-changing tools. Leaving senior roles in corporate, I now help leaders and workplaces prioritise wellbeing.
